RESERVATIONS POLICY
Walk-ins are encouraged at any time, although we would recommend booking head for larger parties.
For any last minute bookings please call the Restaurant Manager for availability on 020 7836 9787.
Reservations are taken in the order in which they are called in, and can be made well in advance.
Reservations via the website needs to be made and confirmed at least 24 hours before the reservation day/time. If not the reservation can only be accepted by telephone.
We are sorry that we cannot guarantee specific tables.
We are a family restaurant and absolutely love babies, toddlers, children, grandparents and yes even mother-in-laws!
Your table is available to you for a maximum of 1 hour and 45 minutes during our busy times. This is at the management's discretion and done on a case by case basis.
All our reservations are required to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their reservation time.
Your table will only be held for up to 15 minutes after the agreed reservation time. Thereafter the reservation is null and void, However we will endeavour to accommodate you as as and when your group arrives.
In the event of your party running late it is the responsibility of you to inform the Punjab, so that we can make arrangements to find you a new table as soon as we can.
If you are unable to honour your reservation, please phone us, as we track all ‘No Show’ reservations.
We seat only completed groups on a first come first served basis.
