 Andrew PolouseAndrew Polouse

Andrew celebrates 18 years loyal service to the Punjab. He is one of our leading Managers and has an important role to play in the busy operation of the Restaurant. Leading by example from the front, and demonstrating high standards of service. Andrew is multilingual, (Malayam, English, Punjabi, Hindi, Gujrati, Bengali.) He is a keen swimmer and hopes to one day swim the English Channel !. He is happily married to Sandy and lives in Covent Garden.

Goa born Agnelo is a familiar face to nearly all Punjab's regular customers. Agenelo has worked for the Punjab for over 12 years and enjoys the busy atmosphere of the Restaurant. Agnelo strives on
attention to detail and offering a great service to all he serves. He brings with him a wide range of knowledge and experience of restaurants from around the world. He has a lively personality and enjoys fashion, music and above all, loves ballroom dancing. 

 

 

Marco RosarioMarco Rosario 

Nolasco plays an integral part of the Punjab service,he is the fount of all knowledge when it comes to wine and whiskey. He is also highly multilingual, speaking Punjabi, Gujrati, English, Portuguese and Spanish. Nolasco hails from the great city of Diu, a laid-back island off the west coast of India. He thinks that Diu will be the next big thing in travel to India, as Diu has some of the most picturesque beaches in the country. Nolasco has spent over 14 years working for the Punjab.

Dhiraj Rawat

Dhiraj has worked for the Punjab since 2004 and in that time he has demonstrated his high energy and attention to detail, providing the highest quality service to customers. He is a walking encyclopaedia of both Old & New Delhi- a city that he passionately believes is deep with history, culture and full of ghosts. Dhiraj enjoys travelling across South America and is married with two children. 

 

 

Sanjay ChouhanSanjayChouhan

Sanjay has been with the Punjab since 2004 and brings incredible passion for Punjabi food. Born and bred in New Delhi, Sanjay loves Bollywood as he hopes to one day crack the Indian film industry as a leading actor. In the meantime, what really keeps Sanjay going is working at the Punjab. "There's a wonderful culture here at the Punjab that everything we do is 'for the customers"
