Spinach with Ginger PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients

3 tbs. ghee
1 ½-inch piece fresh ginger coarsely grated
1 to 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 pound fresh spinach, stems trimmed, washed and well drained
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method

In a large skillet over medium heat add the ghee and cook the ginger and garlic for one to two minutes. Do not burn. Regulate heat accordingly. Add the spinach and sauté until wilted. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
